Enjoy our Lavish seafood buffet in Bangkok at Food Exchange located inside Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. We offer a lunch buffet featuring a variety of menus, from Thai to international options, with premium seafood dishes on Saturday. The menu includes Prawn, Squid, Red Shrimp, New Zealand Mussel, Blue Crab, and Fresh Oysters.
The buffet line also features highlight menus, including Sushi and Sashimi, daily carving, a salad bar, cheeses and cold cuts, Thai signature dishes, and live stations such as Cheese Wheel Pasta, Grilled Station, and Crepes. The buffet highlights change every week at Food Exchange.
